Grumboz Guild Warz

this is an idea i had a couple years ago. as a guild master i wanted to add more content for guilds.
this script will allow guild masters to run around and purchase up land , build farms, to grow pigs, to build barracks to produce guards, to guard guild halls.  yea just like old-school warcraft.
guild masters can change the guild level required to use the buy/sell command.
guild masters can buy/sell locations owned by there guild.
guild members can teleport to each location using the "/guild gtele xxx" command where xxx = location id.
when a location is purchased a faction flag will spawn. this flag can be tagged by an apposing guild and added to there guild locations. the guards are there to stop them from tagging your flag.
members can list locations owned by there guild by using the "/guild list" command.
all commands will ONLY work in /guild chat channel.
when a player creates a new guild they will recieve cuswtom currency to get started with for building a location.
each pig will produce gold every half hour for all guild members.
the more pigs then the more gold every half hour.


hop onto /guild chat channel and type"commands" for a list of available commands and settings.

added a feature that guild masters can turn on/off using the `set` command.

this feature is the `guild_invite` system.
when active this allows flags to open a gossip menu to non-guild players so they may choose to join a guild directly.
if the guild master chooses to turn the system off then non-guild players will have to request an invite from a guild member.

default is 1  :: 0 = off :: 1 = on

to turn off use `/g set guild_invite 0`
