Ok now the Shattrath Mall can be Faction controlled. reach the flag on the upper floor and tag it . once the flag is captured by a team all the vendors will become friendly to the controlling team members and aggro to the apposing team. the vendors are set to NOT attack or vend.
if your going to have a PvP mall then go ALL the way with eh'.
